I had a wonderful stay at Mansión Real. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and gorgeously decorated, reflecting the attention to detail seen throughout the hotel. The service was professional and went the extra mile to assist us when we needed help. The location was perfect for exploring all the city's sites, although it was a bit uncomfortably hot at times. The dining experience was varied and delicious, but there were some minor issues on the second day. Overall, Mansión Real offers a worthwhile experience with great value for money.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is superb, right across the Basilica of Guanajuato and surrounded by historical buildings, good restaurants, and shops. However, the noise level from the bustling downtown area can be bothersome. The service was friendly and accommodating, although the crowdedness of the lobby can cause delays. The dining options varied in quality, from excellent to adequate, with room for improvement. Overall, a worthwhile stay with some minor drawbacks.
